- The User’s use or inability to use our services.
- Any content published by the User that infringes third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Unsolicited Emails: Sending mass emails that provoke complaints.
- Hosting Prohibited Content: Including but not limited to adult content, illegal software, or harmful files.
- Excessive Resource Usage: Consuming more than the allowed server resources or executing processes that disrupt server stability.
- Abuse or Harassment: Harassing others online, impersonating other users, or engaging in threatening or obscene conduct.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
- Payments: All payments are due on the account’s monthly anniversary date. Non-payment within 7 days may result in suspension or termination.
- Refunds: A 30-day money-back guarantee is available for hosting services, excluding domain registration, dedicated servers, VPS, or overage fees.
- Customers must provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel their account.
- Cancellation requests are only accepted through the customer portal.
